Political & Opinion/Editorial Work

To me, this kind of work is the top of the ladder. While it's hardly the most remunerative, it's probably the most demanding of an illustrator: to get a complex 'issues' essay, come up with a simple metaphor, and turn it all around in a matter of days (or hours, sometimes). I'm glad to have the Christian Science Monitor as a regular client, and I've been contributing to The Common Review regularly...
